ALF Releases 2023 Annual Report & Announces Election of Two New Directors
The Atlantic Legal Foundation is pleased to announce that its 2023 Annual Report is now available both in print and online. As you scroll through this content-rich report, you will see testimonials from some of the nation's top appellate advocates, summaries of the important issues addressed in the more than 30 Supreme Court and other amicus briefs that we filed during 2023 and into early 2024, highlights of ALF's Annual Awards Dinner honoring renowned mediator & special master Kenneth R. Feinberg, new members of ALF's Board and Advisory Council, feature articles on topics such as the recent amendments to Federal Rule of Evidence 702 on admissibility of expert testimony, and lists of our supporters, including our growing cadre of skilled pro bono amicus brief authors.

Election of Two New Members of Board of Directors

ALF also is pleased to announce the election of Nancie G. Marzulla and Steven S. Rosenthal to its Board of Directors.


Nancie G. Marzulla

Nancie is a founding partner of Marzulla Law, LLC and is recognized as one of the leading federal takings lawyers in the country. She represents property owners, developers, water districts, Indian tribes, and business owners, and others in litigating money damages claims in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, where she is Co-Chair of the Court of Federal Claims Chief Judge’s Advisory Council.


Steven S. Rosenthal

Steve is a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP. He has extensive trial court, appellate, and arbitration experience on cases involving public and constitutional law, as well as all aspects of administrative practice. He has secured victories before the U.S. Supreme Court in addition to successfully representing many government entities during his litigation career.

Steve has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, a majority of the U.S. Courts of Appeals, and state appellate courts throughout the United States. He has extensive experience advising governmental entities on claims arising under the U.S. Constitution and federal statutes regulating interstate and foreign commerce.
