REGISTRATION FOR 2024-25

Thank you to all families who have completed their enrollment forms for the 2024-25 school year. Please contact the school office if you have any questions about your child's enrollment or the re-enrollment process.

FEAST OF THE VISITATION

This Friday, May 31st at 7PM, is the Mass for the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary at South Tacoma Chapel. There will be a light reception to follow hosted by the PSJSTEM 3rd grade class.

WEEKEND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for helpers who can help out with woodworking on Saturday and Sunday for the next couple of weeks from 10AM - 3PM. One of our school family members is an accomplished craftsman and is leading an effort to refurbish our handrails as well as a variety of other wood projects inside our K-8 school building. Volunteers will be sandpapering and scraping, removing paint from stained surfaces and scuffing finish around doors so they can be recoated. Supplies will be provided but if you can bring your own masks, gloves, knee pads, or other types of things to help you with the work it might be helpful.  Please no kids or young student volunteers for the time being. Middle school students may help out. Volunteer hours can be applied to your 2023-24 hours, or next year’s hours. Please email Marc Nuno at nunom@psjstem.org or Kelli Bostwick at bostwickk@sjstem.org if you are able to help out. 

SNACK SALE

The 8th grade class is hosting a snack sale at both lunches on Wednesday, June 5th and will continue daily while supplies last. Prices will range from $.50 to $2.00. If sending in money with your little one, please be sure to put it in a ziplock or envelope labeled "snack sale", with the amount and your child's name. Thank you for your help with this.

SPRING FORMAL DANCE

We are excited to announce the Spring Formal Dance, and we warmly invite all students in grades 4th - 8th to join us for a night filled with fun and friends!

Date: Saturday, June 8th

Time: 6PM - 8PM

Location: Upper Hall

Dress Code: Formal attire is encouraged. Students are welcome to wear dresses, suits, or any semi-formal attire they feel comfortable in.

Highlights: Live DJ and music, refreshments and snacks.

Cost: $10 per student. Permission slips and payment turned in at the door.

FAMILY BINGO NIGHT

Join us for Family Bingo Night on Friday, June 7th from 5PM - 7PM in the Lower Hall! The cost is $15 per family or $5 per person. Win prizes for adults and kids, and enjoy pizza and a drink for only $2!

VOLUNTEER SLIPS

Volunteer hours for the 2023-24 school year are due. If you have not done so already, please fill out a pink volunteer slip including any volunteer hours that you have completed for the year.
