Welcome to our first newsletter! We are thrilled to connect with you through this platform. For over 30 years, Harlem Independent Living Center (HILC) has been providing free services to the Harlem community and surrounding areas. Our team includes skilled professionals, some of whom have disabilities or personal experience in assisting individuals with disabilities. HILC is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities, especially those in minority communities and their loved ones, by equipping them with the resources and knowledge needed to live independently.
