LAKE COUNTY CHILI OPEN GOLF EVENT

Saturday January 27th, Tee Times Begin At 9 a.m.

Black Brook Golf Course

Every golfer has played in a summer tournament, but how many of you have played in January? You’ll play nine snowy, fun holes of golf followed by a warm bowl of chili, hot dogs, and hot chocolate. Golfers will be challenged to drive shots across frozen tundra and putt balls laden with ice. You’ll hit provided orange golf balls to snow-covered greens on the 9-hole course of 65-100 yard holes (and if you lose them, you are done)! Gift certificates for 18 holes will be awarded to the three winning teams.

Proceeds benefit the United Way of Lake County.

Cost: $20 which (includes golf fees, food, and hot chocolate)

Get a team of four together or we'll try to put you on a team with other Chapter members.

Join us for February Dinner Meet & Greets

Hello Golfers!

Several people expressed interest in getting together during the off-season, so the Chapter has scheduled member dinners in February. We can join any of these - please RSVP to the person listed for the location you plan to attend.

LPGA Ams - Cleveland Chapter is always looking for new members to join us. If you know someone who might be interested, please invite them! This is a great way to introduce them to the league, and Board members will be there to answer questions.

The idea with the dinner is casual get-together with your golf buddies. Board members will attend, and can answer questions or take new ideas for the 2024 season. Here are the dates:

LPGA Amateurs Scramble Open Registration Opens Feb 8

Phase 1 registration for the 2024 LPGA Amateurs Scramble Open will open on Thursday, Feb 8 at 1:00pm EST and closes on Monday, Feb 12 at 11:59pm EST. This popular event will be held on May 17-18 at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA. Click here for more event details.

Reminder: all 2023 memberships expired on 12/31/23 and members have until 3/31/24 to renew at the regular rate before being charged the rejoin rate. Those who haven't renewed their membership are considered no longer current. Members must be current in their dues to register and participate in Association-wide and Chapter events.

Member Get a Member Drive

Member Get A Member Details: Recruit your friends, family, colleagues and neighbors to join LPGA Amateurs, and ask the new member to include your name during the joining process, and you can qualify for an incentive just by promoting two new members! Incentives will be awarded at the end of the Member Get A Member Drive based on the total number of new members you have recruited (Complimentary & Virtual Memberships are not eligible for recruitment incentives. Recruitment credit applies to new members only – rejoining members do not qualify). Incentive Eligibility Dates: October 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024
