As iLEAD continues to grow we welcome new members to our team to help us continue to strengthen the backbone of our quality education team. These new roles have been created to increase the
important infrastructure for all of the sites and to strengthen the processes to support all our iLEAD families, learners and st
aff.

Tricia Lückeroth
- Southern California Regional Director
 Tricia comes to us with 26 years in the high school setting and has served in the following roles: teacher, school counselor, dean of students, vice principal, assistant principal, principal/director, and district-level director, curriculum and instruction and guidance and student services. She was the founding director of the Applied Technology Center, New Tech project-based learning school, in Montebello, California, and served as a high school principal for 8 years. She will be supporting the CMO directors as well as assisting Lynn Boop in providing support for site directors -- basically making sure that the iLEAD educational programs and operations in our So Cal Region are strong! Patricia Isaak - Director of Human Resources
 Patricia Isaak joins the iLEAD team with 15+ years of human resources experience. She has extensive human resources experience working at both large and small organizations including financial services, entertainment, manufacturing and public health. She is proficient in creating and implementing productivity-inducing practices through the application of human resource information systems. Patricia attended UCLA where she received her professional designation in human resources. She has also been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). She can be reached at:

Debbie Doordan - Portfolio Development
 Dr. Deborah Doordan joins iLEAD with extensive experience in charter school development. Debbie's commitment to innovative school reform, dedication to cultivating effective partnerships and capacity to foster collaborative teamwork, as well as a strong focus on new business, will help strengthen iLEAD's business portfolio with new programs and partnerships. Debbie earned her B.S. in special education from Lynchburg College, and her M.Ed. and Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Delaware. She can be reached at:

Erin Jones - Director of Online Programs
 Erin Jones joins our team, bringing with her 23 years in education including many years teaching high school, serving as department chair, and experience developing successful virtual programs. She can be reached at:

April Cauthron - Facilities Director
