IHS Opioid Surveillance Dashboard Office Hours | Register now

Join the IHS National Committee on Heroin Opioids and Pain Efforts (HOPE Committee) and PATH for open office hours sessions on the use of IHS Opioid Surveillance Dashboards (OSD). This call will support IHS users of the IHS OSD through

  • discussing dashboard functionality and use cases;  
  • responding to dashboard questions; 
  • providing a forum to discuss requests, recommendations or enhancements;  
  • highlighting techniques to get the most out of this dashboard. 


This event is free and open to IHS staff only. Registration is required to receive the call-in information.

Experts from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), IHS and PATH come together to discuss the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Antimicrobial Use and Resistance (AUR)  Module and reporting options. We encourage staff who have reporting responsibilities to join us. This may include quality managers, information technology, lab, pharmacists, clinical application coordinators, infection prevention and control leads. For World Hand Hygiene Day, remind patients and your staff about the importance of

hand washing to stop the spread of harmful germs. The Centers for Disease Control

and Prevention (CDC) offers posters, fact sheets, brochures and more --

including a pocket card for properly using hand sanitizer to prevent infection.
