What I value in being a REALTOR®️ member are the educational opportunities. From webinars to live classes. NAR, MAR, and GFAR have the best education to enhance a REALTORS®️ career.
Currently, I am the Grievance chair and on the MLS Advisory for GFAR. I serve on the State Forms Committee and the Risk Management Committee. I am also on the Data Integrity Review Panel and the new Fields Panel for Montana Regional MLS. I also teach New Member Orientation for GFAR.
My advice is to get involved and get educated. Education will strengthen your career and the overall profession.
At the end of the day, you get out of it what you put into it, and I choose to learn and pass that knowledge on to others for the betterment of the profession.
