Joseph Latina holds the exclusive listing for legendary Wilmington nightclub spot most recently known as Lavish. Previously known for Porky's and The Alley, the 6,000 SF space is available for lease at $15/SF. The nightclub sits across from the $40 million, 5-story mixed use redevelopment project at Pennsylvania Ave & N Grant Avenue.

Greg Ellis, CCIM , represented the tenant, FS.com, in the lease of a 43,625 square foot industrial space for their first east coast location. FS.com is a leading communications systems integrator and optical solutions provider based in Renton, Washington. The company will occupy office and warehouse space in the building owned by Centerpoint 300, LLC.
