Anthony Francis Catarine, ( Big Tony) a "retired" huge time mob boss brings his family,including his out of control son Tony Cole, Little Tony and famous 70 singer ex-wife Sammi Jo Cole to Las Vegas, NV to start the American Italian Social Club. The reality series revolves around Little Tony as manager of the Long standing club,The I.A.C. and his dealings with the straight out of "old Hollywood" characters that frequent the club as well as his dramatic staff and over the top Italian family. Fights break out, guns go off, and despite all the drama Little Tony still finds time to hit on the female bartender and burlesque dancer. Did I mention he was married with three young kids? All while the fate of one of Las Vegas' oldest family establishments hangs by a thread.
