Hello June 2023! What a whirlwind beginning to this year already. Sounds familiar, every year. I hope you’re having a very productive, profitable, and successful year thus far. As you may have guessed by my lack of emails, we’re absolutely buried with the volume of work.

With the mild winter and extremely high demand, we’ve been forced to bring in many more materials than normal during the first quarter. Thankfully, as much as materials are coming in, they’re rolling out. The above image is an example of the numbers of pallets we’ve brought in.

We just recovered over 150 squares of this multi-colored Ludowici Spanish tile. Although Spanish tile is common enough, the numbers of colors in this blend are what makes it unique. This is a great tile for any homeowner, contractor, or architect who desires a range of colors, pre-aged with an “instant antiqued” look, and in great condition.

This tile, along with supporting trim tiles has been brought into our yard in Northern Illinois, packaged into new wooden 48 x 40 crates, and ready for shipment to their next destination. Lead time is a very minimal 1-2 weeks for any order. Let me know if you’re interested!

Just this past fall, we got the opportunity to procure another 100 squares of this beautiful 15” Ludowici Norman tile. This large format rustic shingle tile has deep pitting throughout the surface, slightly varying lengths, and warping throughout some of these tiles.

This is a fantastic option for any client seeking a true “old world European” style of tile without having to import it. Let me know if you have an interest in this tile. I’m happy to send more photos and or samples as needed.
