A new year is upon us, with so much negativity and uncertainty in our world I choose to find the light. Now is the time to be positive and look forward to this brand new chapter that we can all write for ourselves each year. All of us at Pilates by the Bay are eager to keep you moving, find more balance and look good this year. If you haven't grabbed your holiday gift, please do so, look for the wrapped basket behind the front desk.

Now that the holidays are over, it's time to take care of you. All month long take advantage of our New Year New You sale. Buy one and get one HALF-OFF on most merchandise as well as a deep discount on a private session. Let's get you stretching over that barrel or hanging from the Cadillac. A private session can really help you refocus on you and get the most out of your classes this year. Join us for a class or schedule a private session

Sunday classes are back all month long. These classes are on the schedule so sign up if you're interested, more classes will be added. There must be at least 2 enrolled for each class to run.

As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. Please put yourself on the waitlist or reach out to Michele if you can't get into a class, we may be able to get you in.

Schedule online on our website or download the Pilates by the Bay NJ app. Please note we have a limited number of group classes with class size of 5, 6, or 8 but will be adding more classes each month as needed. Merchandise & Savvi

It's the new year, treat yourself! You deserve it! We have just the sale for you. Throughout January, buy one and get one HALF-OFF on all Savvi items, toe socks (a new shipment is coming in this month) and Cali weights. Mix and match any of the items, the discount will be taken off the lower priced item. Need a little more attention? Add on a private session to any package (this includes monthly class membership) for ONLY $60. Private session sale limit is one per person.

The rack is fully stocked with many different leggings and a few tops. Newer leggings are the Cranes and the Kozas. Cranes have stirrups, not that thick elastic band; but buttery fabric that feels nice against your feet. You can even leave them up and not use the stirrup, so great for under your boots this winter. The Kozas are our booty-lifting leggings available in gray and moon rock (pinkish gray). The comfy Rebel French Terry Top has Savvi's logo that means moving forward together and the long cuff on the sleeve. New on the rack is the Zadar Crepe Hacchi, which is a really nice material that dresses up this top. We still have the zadar in a few other fabrics. There are some other tops on the rack so check them out and ask Michele if you need another size.

Looking for a discount? Savvi's Style Club just got even better. Now there are two ways to join and you can cancel and rejoin at anytime. Our Food Drive is Back

We managed to fill FOUR donation buckets in 2021 for the Shore Movement Food Drive. Help us fill more this year. Do you have any extra non-perishable food items from a gathering? Did you do some winter or new year cleaning? Did you buy the wrong kind of some item? Bring them all in. The Brick Morning Rotary club has been so grateful for our donations thus far. Help us continue to help our Ocean county neighbors that are still struggling to get food on the table.
