Welcome Rainey Families,

We are excited to provide you with more information regarding programming at the Rainey Institute! Here's a quick spill on the information enclosed in this week's issue:

  • Rainey will be closed beginning December 19th through January 2nd. All programs will resume the week of January 9th.
  • There are still slots available for our After School Program and Saturday programming resuming the week of January 9th!
  • Rainey launches a new Creatives Program for teens and a new music ensemble, RYSE. Both programs start in the Spring!
  • Lastly, private lessons are back!

Did you know you can still register for our After School Programming in Art, Music, Dance, and Drama? Register online now for our Spring semester beginning January 9, 2023.
Saturday Community Arts
Saturday Community Arts resumes on January 14th with a variety of program options for pre-school through 8th grade. Check out the options below and register as soon as possible to save your child's spot!

We'd like to especially highlight our Rainey Connection sessions with our community partners: STEM Forged, Future Ink Graphics, and Buck Out Cleveland for students in 3rd through 8th grade. STEM Forged will be offering a cool video game design class, Future Ink Graphics will be teaching students about silk screen printing for both posters and t-shirts, and Buck Out Cleveland will partner with our Rainey Teaching Artist Le'Quan Grayson, to offer a new Drumline and Majorette dance class for music and dance participants. Register for Rainey Connections and Rainey Clubs and receive an additional discount!
Creatives Program For Teens
Rainey Institute is proud to announce a new program for teens and high school students! Rainey's Creatives Program for Teens is an exciting program that helps students develop skills in creative professionalism, entrepreneurial thinking, leadership, and project management. RYSE Ensemble
NEW RYSE Ensemble!
Rainey Institute is thrilled to announce its new RYSE Ensemble Program! RYSE (Rainey Youth for Symphonic-Social Elevation) unites 3rd - 8th grade student-musicians from throughout Greater Cleveland in an ensemble-based, Popular Music program and immersive civic engagement experience.
RYSE's intensive and relevant music education is combined with community performances and youth-centered civic engagement activities. This combination creates a truly unique experience in which young artists are able to connect, grow, and affect positive change through the power of unity and music!
