Amanda says "WWBIC is doing the work I have a passion for - helping business owners with access to capital and education." Before WWBIC, Amanda owned and operated her own neighborhood coffee shop and also worked with two other CDFIs. She has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs access funding to start and grow businesses.

Christina brings leadership experience to WWBIC from numerous nonprofits including the Salvation Army, the YMCA, and the Children's Museum of La Crosse. Her passion is community economic development, project management, and the culture of philanthropy - which makes her a great fit for WWBIC!

Tiffany started with WWBIC in 2020 as a Project Optimize Business Resource Coach before transitioning to Program Manager this year. Miller has been an entrepreneur since 2012, and was also a special education teacher for 10 years. Tiffany appreciates that WWBIC assists people in their entrepreneurship journey and brings their dreams to fruition.

Having partnered with WWBIC on projects in the past with another nonprofit, Alice has always found WWBIC to offer successful, much-needed programs for entrepreneurs. She has developed workshop programs based on SAMHSA's Eight Dimensions of Wellness and also has experience in disability advocacy.
