Meet Chelsea!

Chelsea is our newest team member! She has been in the industry since 2006, graduating from London School of Hair Dressing. Chelsea grew up in Deep Cove and has lived in North Van ever since. She has worked at various salons on the North Shore over the years and has attended many courses to keep her knowledge up to date in the world of hairdressing. Chelsea specializes in hair cuts, colour, balayage, highlights, styling and up do's. Her laid back personality makes clients feel comfortable and that they can put their trust in her. We are very excited to see more of her talent just in time for the busy summer season.

Update on Savannah

As many of you know, Savannah and her partner are expecting a baby girl in August. She is now fully booked until she returns from her mat leave in early 2024. We promise you will be in good hands with any of our other talented stylists and she will now be booking your future appointments with one of them!

Parking

The Quay is currently re-surfacing the parking lot under the building. While this is being completed in stages and there is still parking available, space is limited. Here are a few other parking options:

• The ICBC lot now has spaces available for the general public during the day
• The new building across the street from the Quay has underground public parking
• Chadwick Court (on the other side of the bus depot) parking lot
• The Pinnacle Hotel parking lot
• The Shipyards underground parking

Cancellation Policy

Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.

We have reserved time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.

Should you become ill, have any symptoms of Covid 19 or are living with someone who is ill or in quarantine...Please reschedule your hair appointment.
