Employer Health Scheduled Appointments

'No Show' Policy

It is our goal to see patients in a prompt manner that offers convenience and reliability in service. In order to fulfill this goal, we need to ensure accuracy in our appointment schedules. Effective immediately, we will assess a $35.00 fee for any appointments that are scheduled but not kept. Please share with your team members that if unable to keep a scheduled appointment, contact the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

Drug Screening System

Donor Authorization - ePassport

A donor's presenting documentation is of paramount importance to ensure a smooth Employer Health visit. Whether you have a clinic client account assigned under Valley Health, or a national account, everyone is encouraged to utilize the MyeScreen web portal for 'scheduling' a future testing event. Generating an ePassport expedites the registration process, acts as authorization for treatment, eliminates human error at data entry, and confirms the exact services to be performed. Unlock the power of their web portal by reviewing MyeScreen Quick Reference Guide.

To learn more about this 'closed loop' streamlined testing process, or to access the web portal under your existing account, reach out to Mary Kathryn Robinson.
