We continue to offer a variety of fabulous virtual and in-studio classes and workshops and we are happy to say that all of our certification programs are now in-studio.
Our New Schedule Includes:

Three 1:00 p.m. classes — Mondays Yin, Tuesdays Gentle and Thursdays Pilates

Stretch & Roll — Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.

Zumba Gold — Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.

Hatha — Fridays at 9:00 a.m.

Flow — Sundays at 9:15 a.m.

Karma Community Class — Last Friday of the month 1:00-2:00 p.m..

Yoga and Imagination
In some schools of yoga, imagination is considered a portal to rise above our limitations.
Example of how we can use imagination in our yoga practice:
- Imagine that you can see yourself in the posture. All angles of your body being stimulated and awakened.
- Imagine symbolic expressions of the posture. For example, in triangle pose, bring the image of triangles to your mind, in tree pose imagine trees and so on; and
- Imagine Prāna/energy flowing abundantly through every cell of your body.

No yoga experience necessary!
Please bring anything from a five iron to a seven iron to every class.

Do you ever experience stress at work? Chances are that the answer is yes and maybe even very recently so. That stress can manifest itself physically, perhaps in the form of a headaches, tight and stiff shoulder or neck, tightness in the hips and even pain in the lower or upper back.
Learn how to release tension using some easy and simple self-massage techniques. You will learn how to do these mainly seated. All you require is your hands and if available bring along a YogaTune Up ® ball or tennis ball (a lacrosse ball can be substituted).
