NEW PROJECT: STORM DAMAGE RELIEF

Video Message from Becky

OUR COMMUNITY HAS NEEDS.

WE ADDRESS THEM.

Addressing Urgent Needs Following Unprecedented Storm Damage

Must! Charities’ Storm Damage Relief Project is a proactive initiative to support organizations on the front lines that aid our community’s most vulnerable. From food security to emergency shelter operations, local non-profits are experiencing increased service demand. For some, damage sustained in the storms would cease or slow operations. Learn More

WHO IS IMPACTED

Organizations supported in this project include ALF Food Pantry, Lumina Alliance's Atascadero Shelter, and El Camino Homeless Organization’s Atascadero Shelter, all experienced damage that could disrupt daily services. A total investment of $50,000+ by Must! Charities spread across these organizations will address damaged drywall, mold remediation, and roof damage, among other repairs.

A little more about the organizations served in the Storm Damage Relief Project:

ALF Food Pantry

  • Serves nearly 1,400 households a year, providing access to healthy food regularly.

Lumina Alliance

  • Emergency Shelter is available for survivors of all genders and their children seeking safety and leaving an abusive relationship. Residents are also offered advocacy, legal services, case management, referrals, and therapy.

El Camino Homeless Organization

  • The Atascadero shelter services individuals and families facing hunger or homelessness. Residents are provided individual case management services to assist them in securing a job and finding permanent and sustainable housing. While staying at ECHO, residents are taught life skills for employment, financial literacy, health care management, and parenting.
