NCI Pathway to Independence Award for Early-Stage Postdoctoral Researchers

This grant supports one to two years of mentored research and career development for those working in cancer control, cancer prevention, and cancer data sciences. Researchers will serve as the lead investigator in an independent clinical trial, clinical trial feasibility study, or separate ancillary clinical trial. The deadline to apply is October 15, 2024.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is accepting grant applications geared toward ensuring that all patients with and survivors of a blood cancer have equitable access to resources. Timothy Long worked as an undergraduate with the Partnership for over two years. He recently accomplished one of his goals, to graduate with his undergraduate degree in biology! Timothy plans to pursue a medical degree and become a physician because he hopes to have a career where he can balance patient care and research.
