Hot Off the Press! New Livability Williston
Magazine released

Williston Economic Development (WED), the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce (WACC), and Williston Downtowners Association (WDA), are pleased to announce the 2023 Livability Williston, ND, magazine has been released! Livability is a Nashville, TN-based firm that explores what makes small-to-medium sized cities great places to live. This is the City of Williston’s second issue. Milestone Health Partners featured in Episode 3
of Williston Works Podcast

Williston Economic Development is pleased to release Episode 3 of 2022 Williston Works podcast. In this video, host Shawn Wenko interviews three young therapists about starting Milestone Health Partners in Williston. The trio founded the business in 2021 and moved into a state-of-the-art facility in 2022. The co-owners are Williston natives who returned to their hometown to raise their young families, start a health care business, and provide quality care for their community.
Williston to celebrate Veterans Day November 11

Williston will celebrate Veterans Day on Friday, November 11th at the Army National Guard Center - New Armory. The musical tribute will begin at 10:40 a.m. followed by the procession of flags at 11 a.m. The featured speaker will be Lucinda Bolvard 1st Class. A free meal will be offered following the program.
Williston's Annual Christmas Tree Cutting November 14

News Release - The Williston City Christmas Tree is scheduled to be removed and transported on Monday, November 14th. The tree is coming from 205 11th Street East. Portions of 11th Street East and 2nd Avenue East will be blocked off after 8:15 am to allow for student drop-off. School pick-up should not be affected. Crews from City of Williston Public Works will prep and remove the tree with assistance from Basin Concrete and Trucking. Read More
WED Holiday Party December 9

Mark your calendars, Williston Economic Development's annual holiday open house will be held Friday, December 9th at the River's Edge Bar & Grill. The annual celebration will be held from 5-8 p.m. There will be complimentary appetizers, door prizes, live music, and networking. We hope to see you there!
