Dylan brings valuable experience representing regional, national, and multinational businesses across a variety of legal issues, including representing employers in state and federal court before various administrative agencies. He is passionate about applying his unique combination of litigation and corporate experience to provide employers with practical ways to reduce exposure, avoid litigation, and make wise business decisions.

Prior to joining Holden Law Group, Dylan worked as an associate attorney for one of the region’s top employment law firms where he litigated harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class and PAGA actions. He also garnered considerable experience defending employers against civil wage and penalty assessments and conducting thorough prevailing wage audits.
