Frankensteiners Ball 18

The Frankensteiners Car Club puts on one heck of a late-season show. This year's Frankensteiners Ball will take place at the Isanti County Fairgrounds in Cambridge on October 14th. Gates open at 9 AM and it is $20 at the gate and is open to all cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

This show is a really fun one as participants are encouraged to put out candy for the kids and kids are encouraged to dress up in costume. There are food and merch vendors, but best of all is the flame throwing contest which is always a crowd favorite.

This is always a big show that makes one sad that the season is ending.

Perhaps on the other end of the car show spectrum is Tuner Evo. Tuner Evo will take over the Minneapolis Convention Center on October 14th from Noon-7 PM. The organizers started in the small rural town of York, Pennsylvania with a hometown event and have grown it into a traveling show visiting 9 major cities. Their Minnesota debut is 15 years in the making.

This import show combines cars and lifestyle with a range of entertainment under one roof. Their goal is to be the standard when it comes to quality automotive events. This show promises to bring many car subcultures together to celebrate a shared automotive passion.

If you're looking for something new, this is a show to check out!

New Garage Spaces

A portion of the new concrete driveway and curb has been completed and the construction of the building is scheduled to begin the first week in October.

Of the 15 new garages about to be built, only 2 remain!

The site plan above shows the remaining available spaces. If you're interested, don't hesitate as these have gone quickly!

Each unit will be approximately 32 ft 6 in wide by 31 ft deep and 14ft ceiling height. Included is a 20 ft x 12 ft overhead door, in-floor heat, rough plumbing for a half bath, 6 - 8ft led light fixtures, 6 outlets and interior walls and ceiling finish with a white steel liner.

The anticipated move-in date is the spring of 2024.
