Shoppers looking for low prices are flocking to the new trend of bargain bin stores. The first of its kind in Delaware, Ohio, has opened this summer with one main goal; employ adults with disabilities. BINABLE has been in its soft-opening period for a few weeks to help its employees get adjusted to their new roles.
