EEC coming to Beachwood!

Entrepreneur Education Consortium, Idea Labs is coming to Beachwood in 2024!

EEC envisions a more vibrant economy in Northeast Ohio fueled by students from local colleges and universities who seek to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and related skills and by businesses and startups who tap into this talent pool to generate new ideas and grow ventures. Our organization aims to empower students in an ever-changing work environment through commitment to real-world scenarios that connect their personal and professional learning aspirations. These opportunities challenge students to tackle complex and ambiguous questions, a learning process that stimulates growth, builds confidence, and prioritizes teamwork.

Established in 2010, ideaLabs is a flagship program of Entrepreneurship Education Consortium Ohio (EEC) that brings together student entrepreneurs from thirteen NEO higher education institutions. These entrepreneurs are undergraduate students from all majors who develop a new venture or venture idea, apply the feasibility analysis process, and present it to a panel of independent judges. This years event will be hosted on April 11th, 2024 in Beachwood. Sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000.
