YOU WILL VOTE ON a wage rate classification under Addendum A in the CBA dated October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2025, beginning the first pay period following the execution of the agreement:
REGISTERED RESPIRATORY TECH
Per diem 1 - $43.50
Per diem 2 - $45.00
CAT SCAN / XRAY
Per diem 1 - $43.50
Per diem 2 - $45.00
Effective the first full payroll period of January 2023 all JNESO members will receive a one (1) percent wage increase. This increase will take place each January for the term of the parties' current CBA. It is in addition to the parties' agreed-upon increase scheduled for each October. Registered Respiratory Techs and Cat Scan / Xray per diems listed above will not receive a one (1) percent increase in January of 2023 but will all other years of the parties' current CBA.
All current JNESO members will have one-time years of experience credit for all years worked at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center.
(This is approximately 12 members). There will be no retroactive wage adjustments to a previous date. Any rate changes will be performed within forty-five (45) days of execution of this agreement and will take effect during the first full pay period following the analysis.
