ARC Information

Open Gym

When you purchase a Gym/Track RecPASS, you have access to our track, wellness mezzanine, and our open gym time. We offer specific open gym times for pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. In addition, we offer times for family open gym and a general open gym time. You are welcome to check out a basketball or volleyball with your monthly or annual passes. Pickleballs are available at the cost of $3.

Parent & Me Classes

New Berlin Recreation Department offers a variety of Parent & Me Classes for children ages 3-4 years old. Children will practice the skills taught with the parent.

All-Star Sports Camp

New Berlin Recreation Department will be offering a weekly youth sports camp from 9am to 12pm at the Activity and Recreation Center. Each week will focus fundamentals of a sport to develop your skills to another level! This is a great way to get the kiddo’s active, and build a foundation in athletics, while having fun! Lessons will focus on age specific, fundamental skills related to each sport, understanding basic rules of the games, and of course teamwork and good sportsmanship!


Location: Activity and Recreation Center


Dates: Weekdays starting June 17, 9am-12pm


Fee: Resident $110 / Non-resident $135- per week

Cornhole League

Only one player needs to register in order to sign-up! There will be a prompt to list your partner upon registering. Only one $60 team fee required per team (not per player).

Safety Town

Learning about safety is fun for children at SAFETY TOWN! This unique program creates a child-size city where children learn about road and pedestrian safety. With the help of School Teachers, Police Officers, Firemen, Bus Drivers, and teen/ community volunteers, your children will also learn: proper seatbelt use, common safety signage, dangers of home poisons, fire prevention, stranger awareness, and much more!


Location: Star of Bethlehem School – 3700 S. Casper Dr.


Ages: Open to children entering 5 year old kindergarten or 5/6 year olds who graduated Kindergarten in 2024.


Dates: Monday-Friday, June 17-June 27 Time: 9:00am-11:30am


Fee: $90 resident, $122 non-resident Class # 9437

Children must bring a helmet to class each day

Parent/Guardian must attend 45 minute orientation on first day of class at 9am




Battle of the Paddles: Doubles Pickleball Tournament

Location: Valley View Park, 5051 S. Sunny Slope Rd.


Join the New Berlin Recreation Department and Everything Pickleball for the 3rd Annual BATTLE OF THE PADDLES at Valley View Park on Saturday, June 1 (rain make-up date of Sunday, June 2)! The tournament format will be a bring your own partner DOUBLES event. Men's and Women's teams will play in separate divisions. Mixed teams will play in the Men's Division.


Cost is $37 per player, and each teammate will need to register separately. There will be 4 different levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0. Divisions may be combined pending the amount of sign-ups. Start times are subject to change based on the enrollments at each skill level. If when registering your preferred division does not show up, please contact recreation@newberlin.org or 262-797- 2443 to determine if there is still space available.


•All levels will play with Gearbox Outdoor Balls

• All participants receive an embroidered Tournament Towel

• Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd Place Teams in each division
