Are you interested in meeting local nonprofits who are seeking board members? Join us for this special event! BoardCONNECT is a program that connects talented community members who are interested in board service with local Merrimack Valley nonprofits who are seeking candidates.

What to expect:

• Registrants will complete an interest profile and be matched with up to four nonprofits for an exploratory conversation about a board role.
• This event is capped at 30 registrants total, so you’ll have the opportunity to have good conversations with nonprofit leaders.
• Light refreshments and heavy appetizers served.
• Participating nonprofits represent Arts & Culture, Human Services, Youth, Environmental and more!

Scholarships Available from MVCU

Merrimack Valley Credit Union is awarding the following scholarships in 2024:

1. The Lisa Lewis Goodman Community Spirit Award: $2,500 to the student who dedicates themselves to performing good works in their community - both in school and out
2. Fourteen $1,000 scholarships

Who is eligible?

• Graduating seniors of public, private religious, or technical high schools located in our field of membership
• Students must be attending full time (at least 12 credits or the equivalent) in a certificate, associate's, or bachelor's program at an accredited college located in the United States
• Applicants do not need to be Merrimack Valley Credit Union members
