Christopher R. McFadden
has joined the firm.
Born and raised in the Joliet area and a graduate of Joliet West High School, Chris McFadden attended Harvard University and graduated cum laude. Chris received his law degree from Northwestern Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He also served as an adjunct lecturer with Northwestern's trial advocacy program.
After law school, Chris served as a law clerk for Judge John L. Coffey of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and Judge Ira DeMent of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Chris worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice for approximately 10 years in the Financial Crimes & Special Prosecutions unit. He handled numerous criminal trials and argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for both the 7th and 9th Circuits.
Chris' practice focuses on civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, particularly complex business and commercial trials, personal injuries, criminal defense, appellate law, and government practice.
