Amazon Testing Updates
Dear Valued Customer,
As you may be aware, Amazon has implemented new testing requirements on Dietary Supplements for their US stores starting with 3 categories: Weight loss, Sexual Enhancement, and Athletic products. All sellers marketing products within these 3 categories must choose one of the 3 Amazon approved labs (Eurofins, NSF, and UL) to have the testing performed.
We are pleased to say that we have partnered with Eurofins to have some of our bestsellers tested so we can offer testing results to our customers at a lower price point.
Below we have provided the steps for taking advantage of our previously tested items:

Once an item has been flagged by Amazon for testing, please contact support@vitalabs.com to see if we have previously tested the item at Eurofins.
- Amazon will assign a TR number that needs to be sent to Vitalabs so we can prepare the documents and send them over to Eurofins directly.
- If we have testing on file, you can log into the Manage Your Compliance Dashboard and select Eurofins as your preferred lab. Let Eurofins know that this is a Vitalabs product and that you will be taking advantage of the results Vitalabs has on file.
- Eurofins will then confirm passing test results based on Vitalabs’ testing and certify the product based on the provided documents for a fee of $575.
Please note that we have outlined the steps above for items that have already been previously tested for Vitalabs by Eurofins. Vitalabs picked some of the more popular categories to have tested, but we may not have all the testing needed for each customer. For example, if you’re marketing an item in the Sports Nutrition category and we only have the Weight Loss category testing, there will be an additional expense at Eurofins.
If we do not have Eurofins testing on file for your item, we will do our best to work with you to initiate the testing on our end. Please contact your sales rep or our support team at support@vitalabs.com for assistance with this route.
