The Frank R Walker Estimating Service can prepare building construction cost estimates or review existing estimates. Joseph Macaluso is the lead estimator for this service, a construction cost estimator with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administration and over 25 years’ experience as construction cost estimator, grant administrator, and project manager for New York State, New York City agencies and is currently working in the private sector preparing estimates for a wide variety of construction projects. Joe was the president of the New York Interagency Engineering Council. He has received the Technical Excellence Award from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and has contributed to books on Green Building, Renovating Schools as well as editing other reference texts. |
