RedBird spent the last two years investing in our professional development as brain-training practitioners through Z-Health Performance Solutions. We have experienced remarkable results in our own health and bodies, as well as with our private clients.

Workshop Details

The 12-week course work will launch Saturday, January 27, 2018 with a 2-hour workshop in which clients will establish expectations and goals. Each session clients will learn a sensory warm-up, receive a 10-minute lecture on important neural concepts and be taught neuro drills to improve vision, balance and movement. These drills will be practiced and recorded both in-session and at-home through materials provided.

Class Times: Saturday 10 AM, Thursday 7:30 AM or Friday 10 AM

Cost: $475 for 12-week series - includes cost of materials (workbook, tools, etc.)

Each group is capped at 10-participants, and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
Results are our priority and how we measure success. We expect you to get results and we want YOU to expect results. One reason we expect everyone to get results, is that the Three Pillars Strong program relies heavily on a foundational Z-Health principle of Assessing and Re-assessing. This unique Assess and Reassess process ensures an individual approach, individualized training, and ultimately individual results.
