We are in the midst of an extraordinarily beautiful season in Sincuidados, and our recent Spring Fling showcased the spirit that makes our neighborhood even more special. This celebration of the season is more than a gathering; it is a banquet for the senses. Filled with laughter, music, and fantastic food, our residents spent time connecting with friends and soaking up the festive atmosphere.

We are pleased to announce Sarah Kielblock as our new Community Manager. As we bid farewell to Michael Fenzel, who has moved on to pursue new career opportunities, we warmly welcome Sarah.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. With a background in community management, she is equipped with the skills necessary to address the unique challenges and opportunities that come with maintaining our vibrant community. Sarah will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our community.

Residents can reach out to Sarah during her office hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. She is also available for any after-hours emergencies and can be reached at the provided emergency contact numbers.
