About the Program

This program will discuss how the attorney-client privilege differs when the client is an executor or trustee and the potential implications of those differences. Discussion will include case law developments and best practices.

BHBA's programs also meet the CLE eligibility criteria in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and New Hampshire. Attorneys must individually apply for credit and, if mandated by the state, submit accreditation fees directly.
