The latest real estate statistics for the Naples area showed 669 properties sold for just over $990 Million! 

The largest sale was $27M for a single family home in Port Royal. Overall, there were 148 properties sold at or above $1 Million.

The latest Lee County real estate reports showed there were 1,630 properties purchased for just over a total of $862 Million during August.
