According to the latest market reports there were 1,882 properties sold for $1,617,562,522 up from $1.5 billion last month! The highest priced home sold for $18,000,000 in Pelican Bay.

Overall, there were 380 properties sold at or above $1 Million. The increase in both pending sales and closed sales continues to contribute to our reduction in inventory.
