The latest real estate trends for Naples Florida show realistic home values let to strong March sales according to the latest report by the Naples Area Board of Realtors ® (NABOR ®). Overall, both closed sales and inventory decreased in March of 2019 compared to the same time last year. Additionally, it's taking longer to sell homes as indicated by the number of days on market.
