MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING

I am excited to speak at the Nampa Chamber's October luncheon tomorrow, October 19, and share Nampa's 2022 State of the City address.

I'm told we are FULL, but the good news is we will live stream the event on our YouTube and Facebook pages. The event starts at 11:30 a.m. and will be available to watch later for those who miss the live event. I hope you can join us!

I also want to thank the many sponsors who stepped forward this year. A portion of the proceeds from the event will support the Nampa Mayor’s Teen Council. The 2022 State of the City Title Sponsor is Republic Services. The Presenting Sponsors are Bank of Idaho, CapEd Credit Union, Saltzer Health, Saint Alphonsus, SelectHealth, St. Luke’s and TDS Fiber. The Supporting Sponsors are Brown & Caldwell, Clarity Credit Union, HDR and Idaho Power. Thank you to our in-kind sponsors: Elsberg Studios, International Minute Press, Nampa Chamber and Nampa Civic Center.

-Mayor Debbie Kling

CITY OF NAMPA UPDATES

LEARN MORE

Important Information for our Utility Customers

The City of Nampa will officially switch to a new utility billing website for our customers on November 21, 2022. The existing utility payment system used is being phased out and an update is needed. The new electronic billing and payment portal costs less, provides additional options for customers and is more user-friendly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to copy customer debit/credit card information to the new system. Customers who currently have auto-payment set up on the utility billing website using a debit or credit card must enter payment information into the new customer website before November 21, 2022 to avoid late payments or future shut-offs.

In order for this to be a smooth transition for those who pay online, customers are asked to set up their new account before November 21 at https://nampa.billingdoc.net.

Rake Up Nampa and Scouting for Food are teaming up this year! Volunteers are encouraged to sign up to rake a yard of a seniors or disabled resident here AND bring cans of food for the "Scouting for Food" event - which raised near 16,000 pounds of food last year! Watch a short message from Mayor Kling!
