Welcome to the July 2024 Edition of our Newsletter!

Our sincere congratulations to all of the candidates who won election in the recent Primary. Now, we look forward to winning in November, and also for what is the most important Presidential election of our lives!

Many of us will be traveling to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to participate in the Republican National Convention being held July 15-18, 2024. While there, we will have the opportunity to meet with many legislative officials and colleagues. First on the agenda is to attend a Welcome reception the evening of Monday, July 15^th sponsored by House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik. This will be followed by an NYGOP Delegation Reception with Lee Zeldin on July 16. The next morning, we will meet with Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.

This is a pivotal year! It is our privilege as Club members of our respective counties to serve as delegates, alternates, or to attend as guests. It is our honor to support and to nominate the next President of the United States, Donald J. Trump!

In this critical Presidential year, it is imperative we work together to advocate our agenda and communicate the issues that affect our state and country. We will have great impact when we are united in our mission.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

During what may be the most important election of our lives, the Republican National Convention will host upwards of 50,000 guests in Milwaukee, including the delegates who will nominate the next President and Vice President of the United States.

Thousands of delegates and alternates from all 56 states and territories will travel to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the Convention being held July 15-18, 2024, and to meet and select the Republican Nominee for President. Updates from the Convention will be shared in a future newsletter!

The Women's Republican Club of Fulton County is excited announce our Woman of the Year, Megan Smullen and our first-ever scholarship winner, Alexandra Brown! Megan and Alexandra were honored at the Celebrating 80 Years of WRCFC on July 11 at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts.

The Erie County Federation of Republican Women thanked all who supported the 2024 ECFRW Spring Fling! Because these remarkable women selflessly give of themselves all year round, often putting their personal lives on hold to help their candidates, the ECFRW honored this year's recipients - its Women Town GOP Chairs - with the Woman of Distinction Award! Also, this year's Distinguished Committeewoman Service Award recipient was Amherst Republican Committeeperson Barbara Demerest!

The Ontario County Women's Republican Club was honored to host a breakfast on June 22 at Champion Hills Country Club in Victor, NY, on behalf of Honor Flight Rochester. With the support of its amazing donors and volunteers, the Club raised $8,500! One hundred percent of these funds go to Honor Flight Rochester and will send 13 send veterans on the trip of a lifetime to visit Washington, DC.

Monroe County Federated Republican Women President Phyllis Wickerham and Club members Cherie Paul Stuhler and Allison Barktowski (NYSFRW Secretary) enjoyed a stop at Veterans Memorial Park in Rush to support Judge Stacey Romeo, candidate for 7th JD Supreme Court.

Congratulations to the Schenectady County Republican Women's Club on an amazing dinner at Katie O'Byrne's Irish Pub & Restaurant! Fun was had by all and it was a relaxing and nice way to start the summer! The Club will start meetings again in September.
