NEW YORK STATE FEDERATION OF REPUBLICAN WOMEN

June 2024

Special Conference Edition

NYSFRW.com

This year's conference was amazing!

Join us next year in Albany, May 4-5, 2025.

A Message from NYSFRW President, Trisha Turner

Welcome to the June 2024 Special Conference Edition of our Newsletter! Our conference took place on May 5-6, 2024, in Albany at the beautiful Desmond Hotel!

These are pivotal times for our country. President Trump's recent trial is a shameless attempt to silence him. It is clear election interference, and we must stand strong against this unethical and very politically motivated attempt to skew the election. We endorse, support and stand by President Trump.

Our conference is a significant reminder of the strong and dedicated women who are advancing critical Republican values and principles.

Our keynote speaker, Riley Gaines, is an inspiration—a young woman of unwavering faith, with common sense, and a remarkable resilience. You can hear her presentation via the link provided in this Newsletter. We support Riley as she continues to advocate for women's sports and serves as the director of the Riley Gaines Institute.

We must stand strong and faithful and speak our truth. Lee Zeldin and attorney Bobbie Ann Cox Flowers spoke powerfully against Proposition 1 at our conference. A link to Lee's presentation is provided in this newsletter as well.

We are proud of Bobbie Ann Flowers Cox and Assemblywoman Marjorie Byrnes who filed a winning lawsuit against Proposition 1 striking it from the ballot. While we know the Democrats will continue to push this forward and will appeal, we are making a difference and we must continue the fight.

In this critical Presidential year, it is imperative we work together to advocate our agenda and communicate the issues that affect our state and country. We will have great impact when we are united in our mission. We hope you enjoy the photos in this newsletter and thank you again for your support of this year's Conference!

Please exercise your voice and your rights by voting Republican in the June 25th primary!

For Liberty,

Trisha Turner

Riley Gaines!

Amazing, incredible, impressive, and inspiring. Everyone in the audience was enthralled by Riley's story poignantly delivered with great faith, inspiration and humor.

Riley has actively campaigned against the participation of trans-women in women's sports. She is works passionately to protect Title IX and to defend women's rights to single-sex spaces and equal opportunities.
