NYCSSS has opened up a Custodian Engineer Phone Hotline the number is
347-379-4296.
I suggest still following the procedures put in place VIA EPAY and email correspondence this way we have a paper trail of all of the issues we face. If no response after a week or two give the Custodian Engineer hotline a call to get an update.
