On Monday, August 4th at 3 PM the Town Board of Amherst, NY will meet at
  
5583 Main St.
Williamsville, NY
  
to take the first step in banning the sale of flavored tobacco products and e-cigarettes (with seemingly no intent to allow sales in adult-only stores), as well as raising the age of 21, banning sales in pharmacies, and banning usage everywhere smoking is banned. This is near Buffalo, New York and directly across the street from our Tonawanda, New York location.
  
No ordinance has been drafted yet. This is resolution calling on the City Attorney to write the language for the bans.  If we can get to them before Monday or at the meeting before they vote, we might be able to get them to remove the flavor prohibition or the usage ban before moving forward.
  
Anyone who shows up will have 3 minutes to speak.

We need vendors / vapers to show up and present them with information on how adult vapers use flavors to quit smoking. They need these two documents:

JuicyVapor, LLC encourages all consumers within driving distance to stop in and take the 3 minutes allotted to let them know how Vaping has helped you.  This may not directly affect you, but as soon as one local jurisdiction gets these to pass you know others will start to follow suit.
