FY 2024 Geothermal Resources’ Value In Implementing Decarbonization

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The program will support regional grid modeling studies that quantify the potential contribution of geothermal power in supporting an equitable transition to a future decarbonized grid and economy. Click here for more information.

FY 2024 Community-Based Maternal Behavioral Health Services Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program improves access to evidence-based, timely, and culturally relevant maternal mental health and substance use intervention and treatment by strengthening community referral pathways. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State, local, tribal and territorial governments and organizations as well as nonprofits community-based entities and primary care and behavioral health organizations

FY 2024 Technology-Enabled Collaborative Learning Program (TCLP)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to improve retention of health care providers and increase access to health care services in rural areas, frontier areas, health professional shortage areas, or medically underserved areas and for medically underserved populations of Native Americans. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public or private, nonprofit or for-profit entities, local governments, domestic community-based or faith-based organizations, or tribal governments or tribal organizations, including urban Indian organizations

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $3.8 million

FY 2025 Airport Terminal Program (ATP)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to address the aging infrastructure of the nation's airports by upgrading, modernizing, and rebuilding airport terminals and airportowned airport traffic control towers (ATCTs). Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public agencies, private entities, state agencies, Indian tribes or pueblos owning a public-use National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) airport, and the Secretary of the Interior for Midway Island Airport, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $1 billion

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding for highway-rail or pathway-rail grade crossing improvement projects that focus on improving the safety and mobility of people and goods. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, political subdivisions of a state, federally recognized Indian Tribes, units of local government, public port authorities, metropolitan planning organizations, and a group of aforementioned entities

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $1.14 billion

FY 2024-2026 Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to advance community centered transportation connection projects, with a priority for projects that benefit disadvantaged communities, that improve access to daily needs such as jobs, education, healthcare, food, nature, and recreation, and foster equitable development and restoration, and to provide technical assistance to further these goals. WHO'S ELIGIBLE?  Planning Grant applicants are states, units of local government, Tribal governments, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO)s, and non-profit organizations. Capital Construction Grants are owner(s) of the eligible facility proposed in the project

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $607 million

WHEN'S IT DUE? September 30, 2024

Environmental Protection Agency

FY 2024 Healthy Communities Grant Program (Region 1, New England)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to fund direct work with communities to reduce environmental risks, protect and improve human health and improve quality of life. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments, nonprofits, federally recognized Indian Tribal governments, K-12 schools or school districts, all which do not need to be within EPA Region 1 but must propose projects within that area

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $500,000
