3. BREAST

NRG-BR003 is approaching the definitive analysis. In order to assure timely data collection and successful carryout of this study, we would like to request the sites to submit all overdue data and the supporting documentation regarding recurrence and survival status and respond to open queries within four weeks. Please refer to the memorandum, dated October 18, 2023, posted on CTSU for additional information.

4. GYNECOLOGIC

GOG-0210: Reminder: Biospecimens, biomarker data, clinical data, and epidemiologic data are available for request. Please visit the NRG Oncology website for more information on this important study with the overall goal of improving the outcome and/or quality of life for patients with endometrial cancer.

NRG-GY022: Patient Education Materials have been posted on CTSU.

NRG-GY031: The Biospecimen Collection and Submission Manual can be found on the NRG Oncology NRG-GY031 webpage during the Phase I portion of the trial. The manual will then be posted on the CTSU protocol page under Protocol Related Documents for the Phase II portion. This will be clarified in the protocol document with the next amendment.

5. HEAD & NECK

NRG-HN008: Reminder - please update treatment and AE data weekly. This is a Phase I trial and timely data submission is very important.

6. VTOC TRAINING

The VTOC Webinar Training Series schedule and registration is available for NRG Oncology Research Associates working on RTOG 0924, RTOG 0920, NRG-HN001, NRG-HN002, NRG-CC003, NRG-CC005, and NRG/SWOG S1914. Space is limited so register now and reserve your seat. The next webinar training is scheduled for Wednesday November 8, 2023.

NEW NCORP Pilot Grant Application Process – LOI due November 3, 2023

NRG Oncology NCORP committee leaders will host a pilot grant workshop during the NRG Oncology Winter meeting, February 15-17, 2024. An informational session was held on September 11, 2023 and the recording along with slides are now available here:

The request for funding application (RFA) for NCORP pilot projects will be released in Spring 2024. However, anyone interested in applying for this RFA must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI); due November 3, 2023. Click here to download the form



NCORP committee chairs will review LOIs and select those best aligned with committee goals, NCORP priorities and feasible. Selected investigators will be notified and invited to attend a workshop at #NRG2024 Winter Meeting in Orlando, Florida; February 15-17, 2024 (date/time TBD).

NRG Oncology Principal Investigator Charles Simone, MD, and Co-Principal Investigator John Heinzerling, MD will be hosting a webinar on their study, NRG-LU008. This webinar will feature presentations on select cases and how to think through, contour, and plan these cases. The webinar will be held on October 30, 2023 from 12-1 PM ET. Register here
