NOW OPEN: Registration for 2024 Virtual Summer Forum

Register Now for the Virtual Family Medicine Summer Forum 2024, July 12-13. This two-day meeting will be held via a virtual platform that will allow participants to earn up to 14.0 live CME credits. There will be no in-person component, and this is a live-only event, not enduring, so access to presentations and CME credit is only provided to registered participants.

"I was sucked into the beautiful, complex, exciting, compelling world of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, like many, by the late, great Dr. Dan Van Durme. He began the transformation of an incompetent, but excited young med student at USF, into an equally passionate, hopefully less incompetent, Family Physician in 1995. Seems like forever ago, and yet, not that long. Now, I have the great privilege to work with a fantastic faculty at The USF Morsani College of Medicine to carry forward that wonderful gift."
