The Space Coast MLS Practice changes, as mandated by the NAR Settlement Agreement, have officially come into effect.

This significant development marks a pivotal moment for real estate professionals in Brevard County, highlighting a commitment to industry standards and best practices. The implementation of these changes reflects our dedication to upholding the highest professional standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Below you will find a recap of all communications sent in regards to these changes and what to expect moving forward.

Two main changes took effect Today- August 15, 2024:

1. All compensation fields removed from Space Coast Multiple Listing Service for ALL field types (Residential, Rental, Income, Land, Commercial).
2. Written agreements required when working with buyers, prior to touring property.
