The Space Coast MLS Practice changes, as mandated by the NAR Settlement Agreement, have officially come into effect.

Two main changes took effect Today- August 15, 2024:
- All compensation fields removed from Space Coast Multiple Listing Service for ALL field types (Residential, Rental, Income, Land, Commercial).
- Written agreements required when working with buyers, prior to touring property.

July 30, 2024
This email serves as notice of the following mandatory changes from the National Association of REALTORS to the MLS Rules and Regulations and the Bylaws pursuant to the National Association of REALTORS Settlement Agreement. This email was sent on Tuesday, July 30. On August 15, 2024 this notice will be displayed when you login to the MLS. You will be required to acknowledge receipt of the notice and changes to move forward.
