NJ ACTS DEVELOP PROGRAM FUNDED
NJ ACTS is delighted to announce that we have received the award notice for the DEVELOP Program. Continuing the tradition of the NJ ACTS KL2 program in training and advancing the research of junior faculty, the DEVELOP Program will provide salary and research support for 7 scholars for up to two years. The award is for five years.
Congratulations to John Chan and Ethan Halm, Co-PD’s of the DEVELOP Program and Tracey Sharp, Program Coordinator, on this remarkable achievement. We also want to congratulate our current and previous K Scholars – a critical review criteria for the new award depends on their successes and track records.

Rutgers Global Health Institute engages members and partners from the university and from communities locally and around the world to confront inequities in health. This diversity of expertise fosters a broad, multidisciplinary approach to addressing global health challenges in areas where Rutgers has a high potential for impact.
As part of the process to update our strategic plan, we are interested in hearing your thoughts on the institute’s strengths, potential opportunities, and approaches to three key areas of impact: Cancer Care and Prevention for All; Healthy Children, Thriving Communities; and Infectious Disease Solutions. Whether you are completely unfamiliar or actively engaged with Rutgers Global Health Institute, we would very much appreciate your participation in our brief, anonymous survey.
Survey participation is requested by Dr. Richard Marlink, Director, Rutgers Global Health, as well as Co-Lead for NJ ACTS Workforce Development Core.
