The NH Zoning Atlas, an important new tool developed by Saint Anselm College, New Hampshire Housing, and the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, launched in May. This comprehensive database and interactive online map catalogs and portrays district-level land-use regulations affecting housing construction across the entire land area of the state. The Zoning Atlas provides essential and accessible information to help stakeholders shape policy that will allow our state to flourish in the long run.

New Guide for Creating ADUs Available
Adding accessory dwelling units to NH's housing supply will help expand the state's housing supply. This new report explores a range of initiatives implemented in other states with ADU program models, tools, and techniques the state's municipalities can reference as they develop regulations and programs to stimulate development of this much-needed type of housing.
