On Tuesday, December 12th from 1-2 pm, join the National Association of REALTOR'S® (NAR) Dr. Lawrence Yun and Dr. Jessica Lautz along with expert economist to review 2023 and discuss their expectations for the real estate market in 2024.

The virtual forecast summit is free for members, but you must register in advance.

The NEXUS Honors Celebration at Triple Play on Wednesday, December 6th is sold out. For those who are registered for this event, there will be a check-in table at the entrance.

The NEXUS Young Professionals Network (YPN) invites all attendees for a networking happy hour after NEXUS Honors at the Shoe Bar located right outside of Boulevard's Cafe in the Sheraton where the event is located. The first drink is on the YPN!

Your Chance for a $1,000 Scholarship to the NJR Leadership Academy

New Jersey REALTORS® Leadership Academy consists of 5 in-depth training sessions. Emerging leaders in the state will be encouraged with motivational activities as they sharpen leadership skills to exert a strong positive influence on the future of the profession.

12 applicants will be accepted. A $250 deposit is required to apply, which will be fully reimbursed for non-accepted candidates. The tuition fee is $1,000. NEXUS will provide a $1,000 scholarship upon successful completion of the 2024 NJR Leadership Academy to the first NEXUS member who is accepted.

on Wednesday, December 6th at 10 am.

NJR Chief Counsel Barry Goodman and CEO Jarrod Grasso will cover the top 10 New Jersey legal issues affecting all

licensees including an update on the NAR Anti-Trust Lawsuit, and the session

will be followed by a question-and-answer period. Triple Play attendees can catch the session in Hall A of the Atlantic City Convention Center or you can register for the livestream below.
