Due to low attendance, the Self Defense classes at ALL locations will be canceled.  This includes....

            LBE Alexandria:  Wednesdays at 7:45pm

            LBE South Run:  Thursdays at 8:30pm

            LBE Fair Oaks:    Wednedays at 7:45pm

The Adult Adapted TKD class at LBE Fair Oaks will be moved to Wednesdays 7:45 - 8:30pm.

LBE Staff class will move up on Wednesdays at Fair Oaks from 8:30-9:30pm.

This change will take place immediately this week.  Thank you for your support

Do you have a friend or sibling who wants to learn TKD?   Bring them to a beginner class and give them the gift that will last a lifetime. Please inform the office, bring your friend and their parent at least 15 minutes before a beginner class and get ready to break a board after class.  All guests should be new students who have never taken a class at LBE and also reside within the Northern VA area.  You will also receive a RED Star and Your friend will receive 1 MONTH of FREE Lessons.

4th Stripe Testing will be this Friday, 9/23 at LBE South Run.

Class will be adjusted on this day at South Run and will be as follows:     4:00-4:30pm  ALL Ranks Ninja Class (ages 3-6yrs)

                 4:30-5:30pm  ALL Ranks Warrior Class (ages 7-12yrs)

                 5:30-7:30pm  4th Stripe Testing (see below for times)

                 7:30pm          Graduation (new belts & diplomas)

You must have all completed stripes on your belt to attend testing.

3 Full stripes for White through Red Belts

3 Full stripes and Orange & Green Stripes for Brown Belts

Please be prepared for testing, bring ALL equipment, wear your FULL uniform with all patches properly sewn on, bring your completed ITP form and your latest report card.  White and Brown Belts must also turn in a TKD notebook.  Be prepared for the Oral/Written test also.

Come learn a few strikes and bo staff moves with Master Lightfoot this Saturday at LBE Fair Oaks from 4:30-5:15pm.  This class is open to all Black Belt Club and Masters Club members.  Sign up at the front desk.  Class cost is $15/BBC members and FREE for MC members.  Weapon cost is $30 plus tax or rent for only $10.
