The 50th Anniversary C5 Corvette will accelerate from 0 -60 mph in only 4.9 seconds, with The 1/4 mile flashing by in an equally exhilarating 13.4 seconds at 106 miles-per-hour. But power is nothing without control, and the Corvette’s big 4-wheel disc brakes with standard ABS allow it to stop from 60 in a precise 120 feet. Fuel consumption is surprisingly good as well.
