We're on the move one last time this summer and will be meeting THIS Sunday, August 11 at Lanier High School in the Media Center (inside the front main entrance of the school). There's plenty of parking available in the front and side parking lots. We'll have directional signs showing you where to go. :)
We're excited about this unique opportunity to bring our Sunday morning worship service to the campus of Lanier High School! We've had a great partnership with Lanier High School and look forward to hearing Principal, Dr. Chris Martin share his personal story of how he got into education, his faith journey, and how we can continue serving and praying for Lanier High School. You won't want to miss this Sunday! Be sure to invite friends, neighbors, or family with kids at Lanier High School and/or any school in the Lanier cluster.
Bring breakfast to share (optional), be thinking of your good news / highlights from the week, and we'd love for you to share a Bible verse of encouragement. All sharing is optional but it sure does add to the service when people share.

Fall Community Serving Opportunities
We;ve compiled a fantastic, fun, and family-friendly list of many great opportunities to serve and plant seeds of the Kingdom of God in and around our community this fall. For details and contact info, click here.
Volunteer for Lanier High School Football Concessions
Volunteer to help serve concessions during the home football games (6:30pm - 9:30pm) to help free up the football parents so they can watch their boys play. This is a great way to build relationships in our community, Who knows what God will do with this! Home game dates are 8/16, 8/23, 9/27, 10/4, and 10/18. Volunteer for Good News Club at Sugar Hill Elementary
Good News Church GA sponsors the after-school Good News Club at Sugar Hill Elementary (2nd - 5th grade students). It's a lot of fun and will meet on Wednesdays (2:30pm - 4:30pm) starting September 11th. Volunteering is easy, fun, and great for adults, high school, and college aged students. We're building our volunteer team for the 2024-2025 school year. Good News Church GA volunteers include Drue Warner, Micah Warner, Jeff Braun, Cravens Doggett, and YOU! :) For details, click here.
Alpha @ Elixir Brew Co. - Starts on Tuesday, September 10 (6pm - 8pm)
Good News Church GA and Riverstone Vineyard Church (Buford) are excited to be partnering with Elixir Brew Co. to offer the Alpha Video Series, a fantastic, multi-week video-based series, in which we gather for food, drinks, and conversation, and then watch and discuss a 30-minute video each week.
